What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Debit card, Credit card, Cash Payment and Bank Transfer.
Why does the customer have to pay a security amount while renting a car in Dubai?
The security deposit is the refundable amount which is charged by rental company when there is an RTA fine or any damage to the vehicle which is not covered by the insurance. The security deposit is refunded within 25 working days.
What is the minimum age required to rent a car in Dubai?
The minimum age required to rent a car in Dubai is 21 years of age.
Do I Have To Cover Salik's Charges?
When a car goes through a tollgate in Dubai, an automatic toll collection system called Salik takes out a fee. Our rental automobile at YOKO Car Rental has Salik tags installed, and every time a customer passes through a tollgate, they will be charged AED 5/-.
Who Is Responsible For Covering Parking Charges?
All customers are responsible for covering any parking-related charges during the rental period.
Can I add an additional driver to my rental with with YOKO Car Rental?
Is there a mileage limit when renting a car from YOKO Car Rental?
Yes, there is a mileage limit for each rental: 250 km per day, 1,400 km per week, and 4,500 km per month. If you exceed these limits, an additional charge of AED 0.50 per km will apply.
Does YOKO Car Rental offer delivery and pick-up services for rental cars?
Yes, we offer delivery and pickup services for rentals. The service costs AED 100 +VAT. Free delivery is available within 5 km of our office location.
